Carly is an experienced training facilitator with a background in the automotive and insurance sectors.  She is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Qualsafe accredited and also a Thrive Neurodiversity Trainer.  Her background as a L & D Specialist has enabled her to develop her skills as an ILM Lead (Assessor and IQA)

Carly’s experience as a leadership and management trainer enables her to combine her expertise to deliver excellent programmes, developing capabilities at all levels and encouraging inclusive cultures.  She enjoys continuous development and is constantly upskilling to ensure up to date and relevant thinking can be shared.

Carly has a warm and friendly style, enabling her to put learners at ease, especially when exploring challenging topics such as mental health and wellbeing.  She’s not afraid to challenge where appropriate, but this is always done respectfully and with care to ensure everyone feels valued and listened to.

Carly is based in the South West and mother to a lovely son, Dylan.  She enjoys reading, listening to music and is a bit of a whizz in the crafts department!
