Rachel has a strong management background and has worked as a facilitator, coach and trainer across a range of industries. Throughout her career she has successfully led large and diverse teams, implementing performance management, management development, coaching and wellbeing programmes. She is an accredited executive coach with the Association for Coaching, an accredited NLP and Stress Management Practitioner and a member of The Institute for Learning.

Rachel has a wealth of public and private sector training experience, including financial services, education, legal, accountancy, commercial recoveries, the NHS, ambulance and fire services, creative and film, and charities.

Rachel is a passionate advocate of ‘wellbeing’ – the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a working mother with four grown-up children, she knows first-hand the challenges of juggling life’s demands with a rewarding career, whilst also raising a family! Rachel lives in the North West of England with her husband. She loves gardening and is currently developing a vegetable plot in her garden.
