Tony has extensive experience in learning & development and as a leader himself, has successfully led teams through major change programmes. His principal strengths lie in his ability to engage, develop and coach individuals and teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Experience

Before becoming a training consultant in 2008, Tony worked in senior roles in financial services where he acquired a proven track record of delivering excellent results both in the UK and overseas. He has worked in a variety of industries including construction, facilities management, transport, sales and the charity sector, delivering large-scale leadership programmes, coaching senior managers and facilitating conferences and workshops. He is also an MBTI Practitioner.

Style

Tony works with aspiring leaders at all levels in organisations to help them to develop their own unique leadership style. He likes to challenge the way leaders look at themselves and others. His friendly, approachable style and natural humour enables him to build close working relationships with clients and provide open, honest feedback.

Tony is married and lives in West Sussex. He enjoys combining his love of holidays with keeping his PADI Divemaster skills alive – preferably in warm locations!
