Trimmed for success… at Slimming World!

ORL are delighted to announce that we are now partnering with Slimming World – one of the UK’s leading slimming organisations – to develop their Leadership capability.  As part of the ‘Leadership in Action’ programme, we are working with 12 amazing new Slimming World leaders to help them develop their leadership skills and ultimately gain their ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management. The programme consists of three 2-day face-to-face events and culminates in individual presentations of their work based assignments later this year.
