Pauline’s expertise is People development, specifically Leadership and Management Development. Also, Developing Organisations and managing the change process through IiP (Investors in People) awards. She is also a qualified facilitator for SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) enabling people to deploy their strengths to improve working relationships.
Having worked for over 25 years in Learning and Development, she is passionate about developing people and believes everyone should have the opportunity to be the best they can be.
Experience
Pauline’s previous roles include Training Manager, Leadership & Management Development trainer and Project and Programme Manager for L&D projects in both public and private sector organisations. Having previously been a manager herself she understands fully the challenges today’s manager’s face in ever changing organisations.
Pauline has 12 years experience working freelance across a diverse range of businesses. Developing people and championing change. She has helped organisations achieve up to Gold standard IiP Awards.

Pauline aims to give people the tools and techniques to empower them to develop themselves and increase their confidence. She quickly builds rapport through being approachable, supportive, flexible and having a good sense of humour.
Interesting facts about Pauline
Pauline is an identical twin. She lives in Liverpool with her husband and daughter. She is passionate about football and has had a season ticket at her beloved Liverpool FC for over 20 years. She enjoys keeping fit and has cycled the IOM TT course and ridden from Hillsborough to Anfield to raise money for her favourite charity, The British Heart Foundation.
