We all have mental health and, just like our physical health, it needs looking after. After completing this course, you will be able to use your skills to support yourself and others to thrive. It’s suitable for anyone, whatever their level within the workplace. This course is accredited by Mental Health First Aid (England).

Style
- This is a half day course delivered via online video conferencing
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities
- We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
